Tim Blake Nelson Likely To Return For 'Hulk' Sequel
Tue, 11/25/2008 - 10:11 — Jason Van Horn
Tim Blake Nelson appears to be an almost assured lock-in for an Incredible Hulk sequel if it's a project that is destined to happen, as he apparently knew going into the first project that he would be appearing as the villain The Leader for the sequel if it happens. He doesn't talk about it much in this interview, but he mentions it in passing near the very end.

'Hulk' #7 – Review

I'm having a hard time remembering why I started picking up the latest Hulk series. For that matter, I don't have a clue why I continue to pick it up each month. Is it possible that I've been blinded by the color red and keep continuing the adventures of Hulk and Rulk (seriously, that's his "referred" to name) hoping that one-day it gets better? I pledge no more, for this is the last issue of Hulk I shall be reading!
Hulk Battling The Leader In Next Sequel?
Tue, 10/28/2008 - 09:02 — Jason Van Horn
It's still up in the air if a sequel to The Incredible Hulk will actually happen, but news seems to suggest that Edward Norton will return, and that the leading candidate for sequel villain is going towards The Leader. Of course the film still might not ever happen, or at least potentially for a long time, as it seems that they're gearing Hulk up for the Avengers movie, which should be happening first.

The Hulk seems to be good for only one thing - fighting. Marvel is doing a series of DVD movies, featuring the green giant fighting several Marvel characters. The next in the line over Hulk DVD films is going to be Hulk Vs Thor and we've got the trailer for you.
Will There Be A Superhero Cameo In 'The Incredible Hulk'?
Thu, 10/09/2008 - 08:19 — Jason Van Horn
When The Incredible Hulk DVD/Bluray releases on October 21st, it will come with a alternate opening, developed just for the releases. The biggest news coming from the report is that the new opening might feature a superhero cameo by way of Captain America. The VF/X supervisor Kurt Williams wouldn't confirm or deny the rumor of Captain America, but it would certainly fit given Marvel's eagerness to get an Avengers film off of the ground.

Jason mad! Jason want to pound book into pieces! Ugh, even trying to talk like the writing in this book is tiring. The conclusion of the "Red Hulk" arc is finally here, delivering on none of the promises or answering any of the questions. I could tell you the whole plot behind this issue in only two sentences, because that's just how little substance there really is in this book.

It's the Red Hulk versus Thor – that's about all you get. If your idea of a good time is watching a battle of two heavyweights over the course of however many odd pages, you'll find a quick read, but enjoyable fight. For comic aficionados looking for a bit more substance, however, they'll be turned off by the non-stop battling with little in the way of development.
