'Lego Star Wars 3: The Clone Wars' Announced

Okay, I'm officially calling it - Traveler's Tales is milking the hell out of LEGO games. Take for example their Star Wars games. I had no problem with them covering the original trilogy and the prequel trilogy, but now they've just announced Lego Star Wars 3: The Clone Wars. Really? A new Lego game based on the cartoon series? So the franchise has proved so popular you need to find some way to continually milk it.

Don't be surprised when you see Lego Star Wars 4: The Novels announced. I can already see the Lego cutscene where the moon falls on Chewie.

'Persona 3 Portable' Officially Coming To US

Do I really need to buy Persona 3 for the third time? Yes...yes I do. The first time was for the original game. The second time was for the FES edition. Now I'll be buying the game for a third time and I'll be playing through it as the all-new female character. The game is now officially getting a North American release, as it will be hitting stores on July 6th.

    First Trailer For 'Hexyz Force'

I love a good JRPG, but haven't found many of them recently. Maybe this new game - Hexyz Force - for the PSP will fit the bill. Looks a little generic, but looks pretty promising too.

'Tekken 6' (PSP) - Video Review

It's not the New Year yet, but we've got a brand-new feature we're trying out: video reviews! Hooray! Oooh! Aaah! We're still experimenting with the format and trying to get everything nice, but I don't think it's that bad for a first time effort. I would say that, however, as I'm the one who did it. So let those reading skills take a breather and watch our very first video review of Tekken 6 for the PSP. We hope you like it and hope to hear what you think. Will be making changes accordingly!

Limited Edition of 'Lunar: Silver Star Harmony' Announced

Old-school 2D JRPG goodness at its finest. I've still got my PS1 remakes of The Silver Star and Eternal Blue, but that's not going to stop me from buying the PSP remake of The Silver Star when it's released next year. XSEED Games just helped seal the deal even more, as they've announced a limited edition version of the game, which includes a soundtrack CD and 13 collector cards highlighting the girls of Lunar. You'll get all that at the low price of only $39.99, though you can also get the regular version for $29.99.

Trailer For PSP Version of 'Army of Two: The 40th Day'

The Army of Two sequel is coming out for the Xbox 360 and PS3 soon, but there's also going to be a PSP version. Of course, the PSP can't replicate the same graphics and gameplay of the console versions, so instead the developers are going with a top-down Contra-esque looking game. It actually looks pretty good, plus it seems that Dead Space's Isaac Clarke and Dante's Inferno's Dante will be playable character. You can briefly see them at the end. Check the trailer out:

'NARUTO Shippuden Legends: Akatsuki Rising' (PSP) – Review

Akatsuki Rising is the latest installment in the Naruto videogame franchise, which attempts to be an RPG, hack-and-slasher, fighter, and action adventure game all rolled up into one. The problem with the game is that it tries to be so many things that it ultimately fails at succeeding to be good at any one thing. It's not a dreadful game, but you're going to have a hard time appreciating much about it if you're not already a fan of the franchise.

'Persona 3' Portable To Visit 'Persona 4'

The big addition to the upcoming portable edition of Persona 3 for the PSP is the fact that players can choose to play as a brand-new female protagonist, which is to have new characters and social links to build different from the original game. The newest update will feature a bit of a crossover with Persona 4, as the female protagonist will be able to go to Inaba and interact with Yukiko from Persona 4. Can't wait!

New Social Links For 'Persona 3' PSP

Atlus has me wrapped around their finger when it comes to Shin Megami Tensei games. Not only do I already have the first two PS2 releases of Persona 3, but I'll be triple-dipping the game when it comes out for the PSP. Besides just needing to have all the games in the SMT series, I'm curious to see how the game changes if you play as the new female protagonist, plus two new Social Links have just been revealed for if you play as her.

Rio Iwasaki - Chief of the P.E. department who is very serious about club activities. In fact, she is so serious that trouble tends to occurr around her. Rio belongs to the volleyball and tennis clubs.

Saori Hasegawa - Having been studying overseas, she is two years older than the Heroine. She seems to be troubled with no one around her year being able to understand her. Saori belongs to the library and health committees.

    Can't wait!

'Holy Invasion of Privacy, Badman' Getting A Sequel

Holy Invasion of Privacy, Badman was a unique take on the traditional RPG/dungeon creator sim, where you played as an evil god who helped create and manage a dungeon in order to kill wannabe heroes. The game has a sequel coming out in Japan, but despite the 3D in its name, it's still the same 2D graphic game, but with more features.

"The "D" here stands for "dungeons," not "dimensions," and it reflects how there are now three different types of dungeons to build and explore in this game: the 33 main dungeons that comprise 3D's story mode, the "everyday dungeons" (a mission mode with sets of levels divided by difficulty), and an as-yet-unrevealed third type of dungeon. Otherwise, the gist of the game is the same, with you digging a dungeon for your demon lord that's big, bad, and monster-laden enough to protect him from invading adventurers. New features include a gaggle of original monsters and the presence of water in your dungeons, which you can guide the flow of to create ponds and other traps."

'Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny' (PSP) – Review

I'm a big fan of fighting games, but Soulcalibur has always been one of those franchises that I can appreciate from the standpoint of being a top quality game, but yet my prowess is generally so poor at it that I rarely spend much time with the game after I've bought it. I was surprised then to find Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny at my doorstep, but even more surprised that I was enjoying it more as a handheld offering than any of its past games on any past next-gen system.
