I'm telling you right now: this review is not going to be pretty. When I look back on games that I was hyped about but ultimately floundered fantastically, this will be my benchmark game. If the videogame industry needs its own "jumped the shark" type phrase to pronounce epic failure, it will be "pulling a Galactrix." It feels like waking up as a young kid on Christmas, only for Santa to walk up to me and slap me in the face.

The original Puzzle Quest was an addictive amalgamation of a Bejeweled puzzler meets RPG. It was an awesome game that offered up hours of content...even if the computer cheated on a ridiculous basis! It's time to get addicted to Puzzle Quest all over again, as an online Flash demo of Puzzle Quest Galactrix has just been released. It features many of the same ideas, but has a new match three component and a sci-fi setting instead. I can't wait!
