Dyack Certainly Knows How To Spin 'Too Human'

I'm enjoying Too Human or else I wouldn't have reviewed it and given it a 4 out of 5 rating. I don't like, however, the valkyrie that slowly flies down, revives you, and throws you back into the fighting action. Dyack thinks the hate I have for the valkyrie is just proof of how much I really enjoy the game. Damn you Dyack! How dare you use psychology on me that actually seems potentially plausible!?!?

'Too Human' - Review (Xbox 360)

Besides Duke Nukem Forever, perhaps no other game has been in development hell and a state of flux for so long as Too Human. The game has seemingly been rumored for every console since the Playstation, only for it to emerge briefly and then retreat back into its hole like a groundhog. The game has finally been released, and despite the many rumored rumblings of its quality and the process it has gone through, through it all it has emerged as a solid game, and one that could've been truly epic…had it just had a little more development time.

Buy 'Too Human' - Save Canada

Yep, it's another Too Human story! The reason you should always - ALWAYS - buy a game is because you think you'll enjoy it. You shouldn't buy games because of hype. You shouldn't buy games just because they get good reviews. And you shouldn't buy games because they'll help bring an economic boost to a town in Canada. Still, it's nice to think that if Too Human is a success, what looks to be a quaint little Canadian town could start to really flourish in terms of economy.

'Too Human' Trilogy Compared To 'Lord of the Rings' and 'Star Wars'

I think Too Human is being a bit too harshly bashed for seemingly no good reason. I thought the game was terrible at E3 two years ago, but then again Microsoft rushed them to get something playable at the show. I've spent some time with the new demo, really enjoyed it, and I'll be picking up my copy today and I plan to have fun.

Sure, it doesn't help win any cynical fans over when the PR firm compares the trilogy to the likes of Lord of the Rings or Star Wars, but to hate and bash a game because of it among other silly reasons?

Of course, I say this now, but I'll have a review up once I get in some quality time with the final game (what a concept!!!), so maybe I'll whine and complain then like so many other gamers.

    'Too Human' Demo Coming

I last saw Too Human at E3 two years ago and was really disappointed with almost everything about the game. The camera floated too far away from the fighting, making the characters and enemies very small. The game was also extremely buggy, featuring numerous bugs and glitches. Of course that was a very early build, but the showing of that has still tarnished its image in my mind even to this day. Luckily, if IGN has their info right, I'll get to make a new opinion (hopefully) when the demo is released next week. I've got my fingers crossed that it's better than I remember it.
