'Street Fighter IV' Collector's Edition
Mon, 12/22/2008 - 09:08 — Jason Van Horn
I'm addicted to collector editions of videogames, but I really need to resist buying the upcoming one for Street Fighter IV. The biggest problem I'm torn about is that though the PS3 and Xbox 360 feature the same content, I think the PS3 gets the better deal with the Ryu figure. I always buy the 360 version of a game over the PS3 one, but I really want that Ryu. Well, maybe I'll just try to hold off from buying the collector's edition version. Other content includes a soundtrack and almost an hour movie detailing the story from Street Fighter II leading up to Street Fighter IV.

'Marvel Vs. Capcom 2' Coming Soon To 360 and PS3?
Tue, 10/14/2008 - 09:55 — Jason Van Horn
There aren't many games out there that I'm so amazingly good at that I honestly feel I could hold my own against the best of the best. Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 for the Dreamcast, however, is one exception to the rule. I logged so many hours into that game. The big rumor today is that Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 might be heading to the PS3 and Xbox 360, which means the ultimate fighting experience might be getting a new release on life, and more and more competition to hopefully start happening online. It's still a rumor, but chances look pretty high.
Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution 2 (Wii) – Interview with Nobby Matsuo (Producer)
Fri, 09/12/2008 - 15:01 — Jason Van Horn
When it comes to the Naruto franchise, I'm a stickler for developers doing something new with the series, instead of relying on the same storyline and characters that fans have seen used hundreds of times by now. TOMY is one such developer, who doesn't just take what they are given and pump a game out for bucks. Instead, TOMY has gone out of their way to not only include a story never seen before, but have created a handful of new characters to round out the Naruto universe, and delve into a part of the mythology rarely touched upon – the Anbu. In a recent chat, we talked with Nobby Matsuo (Producer) about the upcoming fighter for the Wii.

Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution 2 (Wii) – Interview with Glenn Stotz
Fri, 07/11/2008 - 14:57 — Jason Van Horn
You had me at Asuma…or so I would've said had Jerry Maguire been running through my head at the time. Finally, a chance to play as my favorite beard sporting Naruto character, who I've always admired with a sense of awe whenever he appeared in the anime. Though adding Asuma to the roster was already a boon in my book, the inclusion of a brand-new story, new characters, and several new modes all helped solidify Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution 2 as the Naruto game to keep my eye on more than any other. I got to take part in a conference call for the game, chatting with Glenn Stotz – Product Specialist at Tomy – about what to expect when the game is released.
