'Super Street Fighter IV' Reveals Final New Character - Hakan
Wed, 03/10/2010 - 09:34 — Jason Van Horn
I main El Fuerte, but after seeing some of the new characters, I'm definitely going to be giving them all a shot. Out of all the ones announced, however, I think I'm going to have to go with the recently revealed Hakan. The idea of kicking Daigo's ass with Hakan's crazy moves is just too much to pass up.

Wed, 02/17/2010 - 09:43 — Jason Van Horn
It's been rumored for a while that there were more characters to come when it came to Super Street Fighter IV, but nobody really knew who would be added to the roster. Well, it looks like Street Fighter III will be getting some loving, as Ibuki, Makoto and Dudley have all been confirmed.
Dudley Coming To 'Super Street Fighter IV'?
Mon, 02/15/2010 - 10:36 — Jason Van Horn
We already know some of the new characters being added to the upcoming update to Street Fighter IV, but is it possible that we just learned of a new one that hadn't been announced yet? A writer for Kotaku recently received a package containing a blue boxing glove and rose - the apparel of Dudley. So does this mean that Dudley's in the game?

I want to get Tatsunoko vs Capcom next week so badly, but I'm already getting Mass Effect 2 and No More Heroes 2. Do I dare buy three games in one week? Argh! Curse you thin wallet and week of quality gaming!
For those who might not be familiar with the Tatsunoko characters involved in the game, here is a nice primer for you to watch.

'Tekken 6' (PSP) - Video Review
Tue, 12/29/2009 - 12:25 — Jason Van Horn
It's not the New Year yet, but we've got a brand-new feature we're trying out: video reviews! Hooray! Oooh! Aaah! We're still experimenting with the format and trying to get everything nice, but I don't think it's that bad for a first time effort. I would say that, however, as I'm the one who did it. So let those reading skills take a breather and watch our very first video review of Tekken 6 for the PSP. We hope you like it and hope to hear what you think. Will be making changes accordingly!
'Super Street Fighter IV' Adding Four More Fighters?
Mon, 12/21/2009 - 09:26 — Jason Van Horn
We already know six of the upcoming fighters (if I remember correctly) for Super Street Fighter IV, but a recently unveiled pic suggests that there are four more fighters who haven't yet been announced. Who could these four people be? One forum poster who claimed to know who they were before they were even announced, has so far been right, and claims the next people are Ibuki, Makoto, Dudley (all from Street Fighter III), and then Hakan (an Arab grappler). Will these end up being correct? I can't wait to see.
'Dragon Ball: Raging Blast' (Xbox 360/PS3) – Review
Wed, 11/18/2009 - 09:33 — Jason Van Horn
The Dragon Ball Z franchise is one of the most known and beloved by otaku, as it was often the gateway drug for many Americans into the world of anime and manga. One thing I've always really enjoyed about the franchise is how well various companies manage to milk the franchise for all its worth…really nailing down the qualities that define the series and making it so that every fight feels ripped straight from the anime.
'Tekken 6' (Xbox 360/PS3) – Review
Wed, 11/11/2009 - 13:28 — Jason Van Horn
The fighting game genre has seen a revival as of late, and the latest franchise to receive an update is Tekken. With the largest roster ever for the series and online fighting for fans on both the Xbox 360 and PS3 to enjoy, could it be that this is the best installment of Tekken yet, and one of the best fighting games around today? Though it's not perfection, Tekken 6 is still a lot of fun for fighting game fans, whether you're a pro or first time player.
'Super Street Fighter IV' Listed As $39.99
Fri, 10/16/2009 - 07:50 — Jason Van Horn
The announcement of Super Street Fighter IV at this year's Tokyo Game Show was met with cheers and boos. Extra characters and tweaked gameplay are great, but coming so soon after the original version of the game just released? Today's announcement that Gamestop has the game releasing at $39.99, however, should please most fans - it seems like a good price to me and I'll definitely be picking it up at that. Gamestop even has the unofficial release date of the game being shown as March 23, 2010.

Here is some of the first footage of Super Street Fighter IV in action: a fight between returning T.Hawk and the brand-new Juri.
'Super Street Fighter IV' A Reality
Tue, 09/29/2009 - 09:10 — Jason Van Horn
It's now official - Super Street Fighter IV is a reality, will be releasing next year, and is sure to get me addicted to the game yet again. Besides having some adjustments and gameplay tweaks, the big news is the fact that there will be at least eight new characters added to the game (some new and some old). The two shown so far include returning fave T.Hawk and new character Juri.
The game will be released as a stand-alone product, though slightly cheaper than a regular release. The game will not be backwards compatible, so Super Street Fighter IV players will only be able to play those people who have the same game.
T.Hawk Coming To 'Street Fighter IV'?
Mon, 09/28/2009 - 08:13 — Jason Van Horn
It's been rumored that Street Fighter IV would be receiving a new version or either a downloadable update, but no news has come out so far. A picture was taken at the Tokyo Game Show, however, that shows what looks to be T.Hawk as a playable character in the game. Will we be seeing news shortly? Will T.Hawk being the only new character? Questions, questions, questions.
